considering water is harder than jelly and u would die if it was water, i reckon you definitely die, though at least you could be packaged up and sold as a dessert instantly afterwards

Yeah, quite right. I think the only hope is if the Jelly manages to absorb some of the impact and spring you back up... but given that the tallest dive into water ever recorded was only 54m and the Eiffel Tower is 324m, I'm pretty sure death is the most likely outcome.
