i have taken his advice and started reworking my production style, but this is just a side event thing really. one producers opinion wont put me off making the style of music i make, i still have tracks cut to dubplate and people still enjoy my music at sets so its all good. if people enjoy my stuff and sound now, after what seven said, then surely i can only get a lot better right?

"Well done" email from the head of my business unit thanking for going 'beyond the call of duty' with smashing out a large project in 4hrs this morning instead of our standard leadtime of 4 working days :)

In the immediate office, they have 2-3hr lunch breaks and it's not even 3:30pm on a Friday and there is like 4 of us left on the floor

The team I manage supports the whole EMEA region though, so even if folk in Spain are nipping off early, I've still got the rest of the region asking me to do things.

One of my favourites... I wish FUSE and Twistclip Loop would get played out more, though if I heard FUSE drop I'd probably scare you even more than when Ultra Thizz kicks off...

O, and I started using Spotify recently and I'm actually really impressed by their selection. Have a lot of Black Box stuff.

Getting this questing in a job application.

If you were asked to do a favour for your friend and co-worker, and you knew this favour would be considered unethical, what would you do?

-Do the favour regardless of the consequences

-Tell my supervisor

-Quit my job

-Do the favour but express my concerns to my supervisor

-Refuse to do the favour

This is the answer they're looking for. If there is space to expand on your answer, if it were me I'd word it in such a way as to make it seem like an enquiry to my supervisor as to the ramifications of such an action...at which point if the supervisor has any common sense at all they'll tell you not to do so, and then you can go and tell your friend 'NO' without necessarily dropping them in the shit.
