You might find actually writing stuff down helps make sense of things and put problems into perspective. Some of the most interesting novels were written by people who felt like you. Turn that negative to a positive...
I'm going to stop with the easy platitudes now. Life's a struggle until death, some of us just hide it better than others... struggle well, make yourself proud and others will follow.

She's your wife.
Are you possibly an illegal immigrant?

Yes i'm a UK citizen, but unfortunately it is not that straightforward anymore for someone to gain the right to reside in the UK even if they are married to someone from here.
I think it has been abused a lot in the past and so they have made the requirements a lot stricter.
For example, as of July 9th there is a new rule in effect whereby the sponsor of the person wishing to immigrate here must make above £18,600 a year.
Thats not a lot to some people who have "grown up" careers etc.. but i just work as a chef-cook right so i can concentrate on my music, and i don't make that much.
It's like they don't want anyone who could be considered by them to be lower than middle class to move here.
Anyway i did used to work in the IT field a few years ago so im looking to get back into that right now.. maybe something interesting this time like making games/apps for android and iphone etc.. Been brushing up on my Java programming the past few days and i have to say i had forgotten how much i enjoy it.
Object oriented programming is like Platonic metaphysics

Shit, that reminds me of when I was a bit ill, i practically wrote a book and sent it to a mental health website, the most cringey thing ive ever done, they wouldnt stop calling and emailing me for ages.
But writing helps.

Haha! You are a citizen, you've married someone from another country, but they can't stay with you because you don't make enough money. Haha, that is so disgusting I have to laugh. This is now something that has made me angry today.

waste of time & all its managed to do is put me in a bad mood, and throw my emotional state into one of numbness. yay.
and to make things better, the anxiety that managed to manifest from that pointless engagement wont go away as i have no diazepam.
joy.
i honestly saw that whole conversation as pretty humdrum as the SNH goes and not particularly hostile at all. yes there was some sarcasm but i had no idea it affected you that much.
sorry if i've been an arsehole.
hope you're ok. don't sweat the small stuff... or the big stuff.

This. Written conversation with people you don't know bugs me at times, I always feel like I come off hostile even when I'm completely not.
