Why are peaches covered in fuzz?
Why is a coconut covered in a thick hairy husk?

I want to say the hair on the coconut allows it to float easier as its one of the hardiest plants going.
Like it can drop into the ocean in off the east cost of India,float all the way to Fiji, roll up on the beach thanks to the tide and drop its roots right there and grow into a huge ass tree.

i think that that kind of coconut is the one in the caribbean and south america that don´t have hair and is diffferent to the hairy brown one

I've also seen those coconuts in india and thailand though... The hairy brown coconut is inside the green shell.
