I've never eaten polystyrene but I imagine it tastes like rice cakes.

just to clear things up. last week we had a spam attack on our registration server. it shut down our system for a few days. as you can see, none of that attack (hundreds of spam accts) affected the daily use of the site. unfortunately, since the spammers appear to be from a few areas in england, some people (mostly vodaphone UK IPs) will see our block notices. if you see a block notice, it doesn't mean your acct is banned. it mean's that your access point is banned. please use another connection point.

Mom just randomly took my phone until my room AND my sister's rooms are cleaned. I cleaned my room, she inspects it, doesnt say anything, so I go up to get it like 20 minutes later. "Yeah, you have some more work to do but you need to go to bed right now because you're not getting enough sleep"

One of the most pissed off I've ever been was the time my parents went through my facebook messages because "we're paying for the internet we have a right to know what you're saying"
Major privacy violation imo.

yeah that's not on.
my mum used to go through my phone when i was about 17, considering i bought it and the credit on it with my own money i was NOT pleased... i also used to pay for the internet until she started using it as well

. was also meant to pay weekly "rent" to her out of it.
EMA can (well, could) go quite far...

My parents would've never done any of that shit, but if you live at home with your Momma (oh, yes Scope, I'm talkin' to you) then you've got to live by her rules.
It'll make you appreciate the freedom of moving out even more when you finally do.

depends where and whether the control freakery spills over into abuse. knew a girl in uni whose parents controlled her bank account... she did manage to have a secret relationship though still

would have been under serious threat if they'd found out.
