nah fair play to that.

most larger telcos have shit customer service.

especially in nz, almost everything is automated. they'll try & make sure you get fucked off & hang up so you dont have to waste a REAL persons time.

Didnt think of that, pisses me off even more as its not working no matter what so I can only assume the unlock hasnt gone through but I called them about it ages ago.
Also because I tried it from a total wipe after the first 2 times ive lost my recent back up and yeah Arhghhgohsdosg :u: :q: :q:
