Yeah! From what ive seen France has the greatest, coolest collection of graffiti artists.
When we were driving there last summer I spent ages staring out the window admiring it all.
Your probably gonna dismiss this but the Banksy film was excellent at showing the different sides of the scene.. Especially in France.
And how its progressed and stuff.
