awesome show, was a bit dissapointed with the track selection from dmz, wanted to hear some earlier stuff. vocal stuff was weak aswell

When I heard Mala dropping it on a system, people next to me nearly formed a circle pit

Mala had to rewind it 4 times in Austin & Houston.

Before burning this mix to CD for the car I'll layer some surface noise and vinyl crackle on top to trick me into thinking Mala played it from dubs which would make it EVEN more special

But that's just me, I'm a sucker for vinyl noise. On a serious note though I wasn't thinking Mala would have just aligned the wav dubs in Logic or Ableton rather than recording himself actually mixing the dubs on decks. The mix was M A S S I V E though

One of the reasons I find his Kiss100 "Chosen Ones" mix so special, apart from the massive tracklist, is because of the feeling it gives you that someone is actually mixing those dubs +plus the warmth of the crackle. that was live radio though so I am not complaining.

Also, do you think all those tunes will b released? I love the tracklist. Did Mala choose a set more to showcase the release output rather than promote the club night tracks on radio?
