Dear god, much respect for District giving away quality tunes for free. That second tune, the untitled one, is actually my favorite District tune that I've ever heard. Absolutely immense, again, very appreciative and thankful for not giving out half assed tunes.

...It's such a true thing to say. Many times, I've seen producers give out free "tunes" and they're just old random tracks of lesser quality, how is that "such a Cornbreaddd thing to say." I mean for fucks sake it was a fucking compliment.....fucking shit.

With regards free tune giveaways, I think the logic behind it from the producers' point of view is that if they feel that a tune has either become outdated in terms of the style or quality of their more recent productions, or if they think that the tune is not necessarily of such quality that it could sell (or would justify the sale of) multiple units, then they might be more inclined to give it away for free rather than either letting it gather virtual dust on a harddrive or reflecting poorly on their marketed output.
