People who sleep in for too long for no reason. I've got fucking amsterdam tickets to book.

All of my plans for this weekend have been canceled, so I am stuck in the house all weekend.

I arranged for me and twenty friends to visit a Lebanese restaurant, organised the food we would eat/drink etc. Problem is i've been throwing up and shitting through the eye of a needle for the last two days. So i couldn't eat anything but dry bread and a bit of grilled Chicken

Spent 15 mins being held on the phone just for 02 to tell me to take my phone into the shop.
You put me on hold, for 15 minutes. With crap depressing music, when having one of my down days this doesn't help my mood, just to hear Louise tell me that she wont replace my phone and I have to take it into town.
Sorry Louise, but I live in the middle of nowhere, I can't just merrily walk down the road into an 02 shop, to which you'll probably look at it and do nothing about.

I work for tmobile and i need to tell this to people every day.

When will people just accept that if your phones fucked, its fucked, if you didnt take insurance thats your problem, if you live in the middle of nowhere, thats your problem, if you dont think thats very good custome service, deal with it - everywheres the same.
