Get in touch with your student union or a solicitor straight away, they would need to prove you have done something to get you kicked out. Saying there was the smell of weed outside and you were there is not good enough.

Again they cant give you a 'warning' due to a fight that you didnt start, this is just bullying tactics.

yeah i've been to the student union and rang my uncle who knows about this sorta shit, both reckon if i write a formal appeal that under the circumstances they won't be able to do much

I had to many beers to drink and now I have to constantly piss all the time which stops me from being able to sleep properly which is a shame because I have to get up at a reasonable time tomorrow and then able to go out tomorrow night and not be too tired which will knock on to Friday because i have to get up early and go to DMZ because I can only afford megabus and it leaves silly early and I live in the middle of nowhere and have to get up early to walk into town and then get a bus to get on the megabus and I am too tall and so won't sleep well on the megabus and then will have trouble staying awake at the after dmz times and sleep all day then maybe not go record shopping as I will not have enough time which might be a good thing anyway as I don't have a lot of money now but I think I should buy some records as there aren't really good record stores for electronic music down here and I might end up going and buying other records too just for the hell of it or something

Yep, i'm not even bothering using the work internet.
There was malicious content on my machine because of the piss poor internet security they have.
I left work and for some reason my machine kept accessing the net all night.
Got in to work the next day to shitty mails from international IT saying I was a network risk and that I should be removed from thw network.
Which I naturally fought and once again highlighted the shitty security.
They didn't like that I pointed out the fault is with their system and not because of anything I've done.
Local IT proceeded to act dumb and claimed I created the problem because I had admin rights given to me by the same guy claiming he had no idea how I got rights.

No mentioning of their shitty security.
So I decided they can fuck themselves, I'll stick to my phone.
Costing me a bit though.
Need to get an uncapped data package.
