Thx man, i was fine just sprinted around my block a few times haha. I fuckin hate panic attacks. I absolutely hate them, I've been having them for a year now and there's just no getting used to it. I talk to people who've had them for years and they say they can just quell them, I don't get how you could do that.

try and find ways to distract yourself if you feel particularly prone to panic attacks at any time, i used to spend hours mixing to take my mind off shit
if you're out and you start feeling shit, think of a song that calms you down and focus on that and breathing slowly
there's no easy way to stop them but i found these sort of things helped make them more manageable

Last night at Beta, fucking Bare Noiz fans were chanting for Bare Noiz in Goth-Trad's face when Goth still had like 25 minutes left in his scheduled set. They were drunk and one was sitting on top of the glass square boxes the dancers dance are supposed to dance on (you're not supposed to sit or stand there, as they are strictly for the dancers, eventually security told him to get off.) Made some snide remark to me that I couldn't hear while I was recording Goth-Trad. I just gave him the dirtiest look.

The general douche-baggery had me steaming.

I just think it's disrespectful to Goth. He was still on schedule and the crowd was into his set. And these stunc come to the front with their drunken bullshit.

that is one of the must cuntish things you can do... almost nothing gets me more mad at a night than some asshole calling for the next dj to get on while one is still playing.
