Got home at 18 mins past 4, had to wear my sunglasses for the last stretch of the drive. Look out window now, and it's a literal whiteout and there's about an inch of snow on the ground

Suck your nan. Can't believe a man that lives in the stunted, wanna-be accessory breast of london has said that.southstar wrote:Move to a real town
That was literally - the heaviest snow I have ever seen. And it's pretty much stopped now.

Got head-butted me and a 40 minute nose bleed.
Handled that shit with stritcly non-violent, Peacefull warrior spirit/ Zen indifference, and gave him instant forgiveness/healing and was the one to checck on him after because he was in shock/hyperventilating from it all.this made him cry (hes been thru a lot of stuff and basically took it out on me physically)
My non-violent and non mental reaction was a big thing for him to experience as he is a short tempered kind of person and his medication is not ideal for his mood. he probably has not experienced unconditional love (most of us havn't or believe we havn't so i had to show him there were no hard feelings even with a bloody nose and cut thumb
lost a lot of blood but i see it the other way round and know that now my body gets to create some brand new clean fresh blood from scratch to replace it.
SEcret ninja heart to heart lesson and story time of the day:
If there is one thing you can let go of today (right now) , it's anger. Because it doesn't serve the person/object you are angry at and it definitely doesn't serve yourself.
To learn how to not react to someone else's anger is another lesson in it's self, but one that we should all master to resolve any conflict between either family, friends, loved ones or new people who are getting a bit aggresive. If you react with the anger someone is forcing on you, you just create a loop of negative emotion and no one comes out wiser. breaking free of ur own karmic shackles by not reacting in any shape or form and seeing their actions as expressions of their pain, and not take it personally.

An old Cherokee chief was teachinng his Grand-childeren about life...
"A fight is going on inside me," he said to the boy.
"It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.
"One is evil - he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, self-doubt, and ego.
"The other is good - he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.
"This same fight is going on inside you - and inside every other person, too."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather,
"Which wolf will win?"
The old chief simply replied,
"The one you feed"

Re: The things that pissed you off today ™ thread
bones are in my bones. body regenerates every cell in its body every 7 years. just upped it's schedule. not major anyway. sounds more dramatic than it might have been but was dripping out for long while.
I have some Ayurvedic herbs , and chinese herbs which are like an all round health thing and known as a blood tonic specifically. I eat healthy and have lots of special herbs and spices in my diet so i'm sure i can get my body to make some more blood , blud
