Have you seen that video on YouTube where a bald guy has his hair sprayed back on?

I wouldn't personally recommend it...whilst it's not a bad idea, your body won't have had sufficient time to cool down/begin recovery before you start working it again, albeit on a different part.

Is there any way you could just do one session and combine moves into supersets to work everything?

e.g.

#1 dumbbell incline bench press // dumbbell incline fly curls
#2 standing barbell curls // standing dumbbell sustained tricep drops
etc

(Combining opposing exercises into supersets basically)

yeah i could probably have done that this morning but done my biceps now. Got back, shoulders, triceps and abs left, going to do back and shoulders tomorrow because I reckon they are more linked to chest and biceps? I guess its only 1 week so as long as i dont strain anything it should be alright

I realise this is a gym thread but I wanted to know if anyone here does karate (kyokushin to be more specific) because ive been thinking about taking it up for general fitness, it also looks fun

Since I've been hitting the gym quite regularly (4-5 per week) I've noticed that every single night I'll wake up with a completely dead arm. I literally have to use my free arm to lift and shake the dead limb until it regains feeling.

Anyone else experience this after an extensive arm/shoulder workout?

I've always slept with my arm under the pillow but I would only get a dead arm every once and a while. I'm wondering if it's because of the developed muscle in my shoulder which is cutting off the blood supply.

It's getting pretty annoying waking every night, sometimes 2-3 times a night.

Yeah, I know man. I was just wondering if anyone else had similar experiences. wasn't expecting actual medical advice.

A forum GP would be handy though.

every night, 2-3 times though?

You ever slept on your front and had a double dead arm? I've had to get the gf to roll me over because I didn't know where my arms were.

Nice one G. Never had headaches after exercising but I guess that might happen when you really go hard

Tried getting back to benchpress after a shoulder injury and I can still hit 290 pounds, looks like I haven't lost much. What I need is more cardio training though, as soon as I'm done with my finals I'm gonna start a diet/Running plan to get rid of some excess weight
