EDIT: Any body know how to stop quicktime trying to automatically stream links, back in the day firefox used to just ask me if I want to download but alas no more. Tired of right click save as-ing.

Just let the page load with the qt fully loaded. Then go to File and Save Page As. You should be able to select MP3.

Granted I know absolutely nothing about bandwidth/the price of milk etc. but couldn't Rinse do something to sort out the speed of the downloads off their website? I'd probably be downloading a lot more off there if it was faster - maybe that's the point?
