It isn't, I'm just being facetious.

The law isn't a purely moral construct, it's only based on morality - the law protects the right to choose ones sexual partners fairly strictly - you can't rape a girl based on a lost bet, for example; but if your morals allow the sort of obligation that Laszlo suggested, you may have to wait for redemption until you reach the Pearly Gates.

I guess it depends on how solemnly you take the agreement of a bet to be. I'd say that, yeah, she should probably open up and get slurping, but if she reacted like "I thought that was just a joke, I'm not really going to do that", I think Larry would be on pretty dodgy ground if he held her nose and slipped it in and she'd probably get away with biting it off.
