Pop a zinc/magnesium capsule on your way home and get your head down for a few hours.

When travelling we met some some recently qualified doctors told us that magnesium was a great way to avoid hangovers, told us how much to take n everything, worked really well.

A few guys decided to take four times the recommended amount so they would feel 100%... it didn't end well.

Haha nice. This was for underprivileged children to go to theme parks and shit.. in hindsight I should have showed them my bank balance and demanded they take me to the theme park.

Also fuck Tescos and their offers, they basically mug you off if you buy one of anything. £5 for 2 pizzas or £4.50 for one. I only need one you fucks, making me spend an extra 50p and eat an extra pizza for no reason. That 50p could have went to underpriviledged kids.
