havn't been on the forum in a while so i've got more of a 'things that are currently making me happy' innit.

first of all though, happy new year everyone :Q:

- Had a sick festival on NYD
- Om Unit played one of the sickest sets i've ever heard, on a nice enough system with a decent enough crowd.
- I heard Om Unit's 'Vivek - Over My Head' remix.. fucking beautiful
- I then met Om Unit, had a nice chat, sound guy!
- Had a short chat with coki, finally got to see DMZ.
- got too see strategy perform marka live.

one of the best festivals, even though the DMZ set wasn't what i'd hoped

Boss has lost the spreadsheet with all my annual leave days ive taken and the only record is what I have written in my personal email... would be a shame if I didnt have all of the dates ive taken in there..

Also the other site is going to hell, one womans been on longterm sick for months, anothers handed in her notice and the last is halfway useless.. so it mean I can get loads of over time. Going to be intresting when I tell her in Feb that im leaving to go traveling aswell.

Do you work for the NHS (sorry if that's not you)? If so, as if holiday is only tracked with a spreadsheet.

Yeah thats me. Well I had only taken 9days total anyway apparently and it turns out I have enough holiday left to take the whole of march off :cornlol: :cornlol: :cornlol:

So now Im covering shifts at the other hospital till the end of the month + doing another day by taking holiday on this site and working over on the other. Oh yeah and I get paid for my time spent traveling to the other site so +2 hours wages. All money for traveling :h:

When I saw DM a few months back they played a good 80% tear out set. Granted it was in Fabric and a sea of Bros but it wasnt quite what I was expecting. Kryptic minds before them smashed it though so it was fine.

You'd be hard pushed to find a prominent name that plays mostly 140 who never plays some tearout to be honest.

Yeah big up Jesus for dying for our sins and netting us a public holiday in the process.

Also, hot cross buns.
