Cheers mate took me a while to decide whether to put 'yolo' before or after 'fagit' and also whether or not to include the underscore but i think in the end i made the right decision.

On another note i've put on 2 stone since i stopped smoking on new years, i was way too skinny but now i'm starting to get belly fat and a pair of jeans don't fit anymore. Never had to think about losing weight before

I went from a lean 13 stone training/playing rugby 3 times a week and working as a laborer in 2009 to 17 and a half stone in Feb this year. 36 inch waist jeans were starting to feeling tight wake up call.

Down to under 16 now, want to get under 14 and just be healthy.

exercising 5/6 times a week and making a few smart choices for meals and snacks.
