@Tripwire: Really liking that. The melody is really sounding good. The kick doesn't really work for me, but that might just be a preference for me. I just like a bit snappier kick. Everything else sounded really good though, especially when you bring in the bass.
@Deadly Habit: Sandworm is off the hook dude. I love the dark sound and atmosphere. Yea, you definitely need to finish it.
@Streetxlite: Not my thing personally. I would lessen some of the panning on the guitar and bring it a bit closer to the middle of the mix. It lacks fullness with it panned all the way to the right like that. Might help to use a stereo enhancer/expander rather than just panning the instrument itself. It's got good things going on, it's just hard to really comment on it cause it's not something I find myself listening to enough of.
@Joemakin: I would completely ditch the dirty wobble. I think it ruined what you already had going. Stick to using a heavy sub bass. Maybe throw in some little mid range wobs just to spice up the bassline a bit but don't go all nuts with it. Just a nice mid range sounding wobble would probably do the trick.
I've been on a trance kick the passed couple days. I decided to do something trancey. This is something I started working on yesterday and I really like how it's coming out. The last part I think feels a little too busy though, so I might try to do something there to try and make that not so confusing on the ears. I think I captured the trance sound rather well. The melodies and the pad were just kind of inspirations of some of the songs I've been listening to lately.
[edit]: Thanks Disco. Updated the track. Increased the snare volume and made a quick change to the backing melody that you hear throughout the track. opened up a little room for the end.
