yeah, 10k is about right. last year it was about half that, if i'm not mistaken? they've expanded substantially and it's still smaller than most festivals, especially for the insane number of seeeerious names on the lineup

does anyone know whether you can actually take alcohol onto the sunshine coach? it's says you arn't allowed on outlook website, but i'm pretty sure i heard it was some sort of party bus

long shot i know...

one friend has dropped out, so she has for sale 1 X Flight to Venice (Return) Easyjet (Tues 30th out, thurs 7 back), and 1 X Festival ticket (Paper ticket)

Or, if anyone has cheap venice transfers for that date, and camping she will be willing to buy them! (very long shot i knowww)


Apart from that, fucking killing me being sat in work now, i just wanna be there chilling the fuck out!
and as above really, anything anyone would recommend me taking? never been before...

For the people camping I recommend:
Antibacterial alcohol hand gel
Two towels (beach AND ablutions)
A water proof something (just in case)
An air mattress of some description.

That's all luxuries though.

Bandanna, gets really dusty at the fort and you will wake up with a sore throat and black bogies if your not wearing a bandanna.

Think my stuff will be safe and won't get stolen? Ie. Camera, iPhone, money or does any1 know if there are lockers left to buy when ur there or are they sold out. I'm camping btw

Just realised I have no mattress, opps :/

Any ideas on the capacity of the arenas? If it's double the size it was last year, and there were queue's at times last year, then surely the arenas need to be a lot bigger...?
