That really confused me for a while until I realised is was some anti gun advert

I got denied financial aid/student loan for the entire 13-14 because of an incomplete class, which was due to the school's inability to find a clinical preceptor I could shadow. I have to pay fall semester's tuition out of pocket.

I am going to petition for reconsideration but the application says that incomplete grades have to be completed before they can re-evaluate again. The clinical preceptor I found also has summer break off and will not be in session until September. By then, fall semester begins already.

I don't think I'll go to Seattle this summer too.
