obvious point: have you reauthorised the computer you're using with the account that the ipod uses? I was able to retreive everything off my girls iphone once I authorised my itunes with her account.

and I dunno where people get this, you can't drag and drop thing from, you've been able to do that since iOS4 I think, maybe even 3.

In the UK, bouncers are just generally big/fat blokes. Anywhere else on the continent (it's even more mental some clubs I've seen in America), some of the bouncers have that ex-military vibe about them and it's fucking terrifying.

Worst / scariest bouncers were the organised gang that used to bounce the Stratford Rex, they'd have these fucking mad aggressive dogs that they blatantly mistreated to get them hype. Then, they'd let specific guys/gangs do over all the cars parked round the venue. Horrible nasty guys.

Some of the techno raves that DAVE the Drummer and the Liberator crew put on were pretty decent, but full of crusty types off their fucking nut. RecoverWorld wasn't a bad night round about 2001/03, but it got a bit aggy from time to time and they heat was ridiculous. Two of my mates passed out in the cloakroom queue once when the aircon went on the fritz.

these clubs sound fucking horrible.

I went to a shit event at ushuaia in Ibiza, saw a guy jump in the pool (it was a pool party) and the bouncers dragged him out and beat the shit out of him, before taking him out the side and literally throwing him on the ground.

I woulda been 20 on my first trip which puts this about 2002/3? But yeah I remember attending One Nation nights before (my first gig was at one) and they were good vibes all the time.

its not to "be mysterious", they dont allow photographs inside so all the people can just 'be free' n shti without worrying about people taking pictures of their nasty antics. and their door polciy is so strict because it used to be a pretty small club (well as small as a massive ting like that can be) exclusive to the ga y scebne and now its got mad popular cos it was mysterious and i assume the people who used tio go there back in the day cant be arsed with randomers coming onto their scene and ruinign the vibe, whcih is understandable

I'd rather just find a good open party than try to get into an elitist one tbh.

I can't believe 100's of people are so willing to stand in line for 2+ hours just to have a random 50:50 chance of refusal.

50% get in and think they're really cool and lucky to be in such an obviously good and discerning place that only lets select cool people like them in....then go on to yell everyone.

50% dont get in but assume it must be cool as its so sective....then go onto tell everyone and add to the hype.

I don't think I could be bothered if I lived there, plenty of other decent and now more underground clubs
