You are not at all what's wrong with the scene. Knowing some peoples faces doesnt make you king of the scene now. I hate how many people on this forum is bashing brolovers, like they don't have any clue what they like and are just into it because it's cool. If people didn't like brostep, it would not have become popular. Fact.

Lol fuck knows, just because AFX is an inspiration to like, i dunno, 55% of all electronic musicians today doesn't mean he has directly anything to do with the scene, so why was he there? Might as well put Kraftwerk there. And the Streets, possibly because its the only garage-y thing the guy who made that knew? Dunno, dubstep pioneer for sure.

Exactly man, that was my point. The picture would be the henchest picture on the net if it included all their influences too. And as much as I like The Streets, I can't imagine he was an influence on many "true" producers.

Get the feeling the person that made this started liking the "true" dubstep and 2 minutes later made that picture.

Except that music has no rules; and what's "good" or "bad" music is purely based on one's own opinion of it. That's why it's an art form. All art is subjective.
