Ahh, that's a good question actually. I guess it could be considered forgery/fraud in some places but I'm not sure actually. I would think legally you're good as long as you don't actually produce fake graduation papers etc.

I don't know if an employer would go through the trouble of reporting you to the authorities but you'd probably get fired for sure


I'm just guessing here though, please do not blame me when you're going to jail
