much love DSF!!
Impressively dark, i don't think it needs the bits with really fast wobbling tbh. I think it'd benefit from staying with the nice dark downtempo feel, no need to speed it up that suddenly.

reminds me of kryptic minds :)
I dont agree, The faster wobbles that come in actually get me pumping, Matter of preference i guess?

love the glitchy wobbles very much!!
Great dark theme!

*Oh and a lil' edit:

1.The drums are really great on the first track. I mean they sound perfect. The drop how ever is lacking some real punch or power. I listend to this great intro with good drums then it drops and its like ehhh....its okay.

2. drums good again except the kick I am feeling the kick needs a little more natural and less synthetic.

3. did the track nice and dark in a deep way.

Not a bad start man. Maybe a little lows out and some volume adjustment on the SFX. I prefer to lowpass those out at around 250.

Hey guys, this is my second go at production, and I feel it's better than my first by quite a way, but still of course pretty amateur.

If anyone could just have a QUICK look at it, I'd really appreciate ANY feedback at all. I will of course return the favour!

Many many thanks in advance,

Also very new to making Dubstep...
I use Pro Tools with plug-ins such as Xpand! and Vacuum
My music is pretty damn groovy but I could use some feedback from people that really know what their doing
Heres a track im working on that kind of switches from dubstep to some form of upbeat electronic music.
If u have the time please listen to my other tracks on soundcloud so i can get more critique out of this here forum

Nice use of space in the intro, i don't like the 0:40-50 section much, though the synth just after that is pretty nice, needs subbass though.
There's quite a lot of hiss in the track, not sure if it's intentional, but i think the whole thing might benefit from a highcut somewhere around 10Khz.
Thanks for the quick feedback. i think the hiss u hear might be the constant hihat because i noticed when i listened to it coming out of my laptop speakers i also noticed a hiss so i'll take the 10k cut into account.

So this is really my first real attempt at Dubstep except i give it a twist of some metal guitar.
I recorded and chopped up small bits of me playing plus a solo i plan to redo later.
what do you guys think?

Love the panning at the beginning. I dig the metal guitar, it's not often you hear it. Needs some work, but let me know when you add in those other bits!

In my honest opinion I think it has potential, but at around the 28 second mark, the repeat on "theyve become too fowl" sounds pretty poor. Re-do that. And no need to overkill the vocals! Other than that, I quite like it mate! LESS IS MORE!

Sounding good for your second production. Drums are sounding pretty good. Think you should try some distorion or something similar to make the bass sound fatter.

Nice start, drums could do with a little bit of depth and something to mix things up a little, I had a similar problem with my latest (in my sig, we have the same taste for bass manipulation it seems) just think of ways to drop the focus on that bass drone, then pull the listener straight back in after a little break rather than the longish breaks you have atm, could be anything, run a filter, drop the bass and make a drum beat to bring it back in etc etc.

Do you mean the kick or the bassline? I have no idea how to wobble. Next on the agenda to learn!
