Failed to stalk you this time.ashley wrote:Managed to dodge half of you thank god (or is it the other way around?)
I think I met Hayze, the night was a bit of a blur because of a heavy night before. Met some other dudes who I can't quite remember their names. Mixed raced guy from Belgium and a few others.......
Was a good laugh
Re: BIG NINJA MEETING
Yeh man. We met at Raise too, so think we've had pretty similar stints! Two straight days of McDonalds breakfast McMuffins and copious amounts of vodka/other tings; felt bloody awful.ashley wrote:Managed to dodge half of you thank god (or is it the other way around?)

I actually felt shit until about 4 am, when I was supposed to bring Dan (Antlion) and his bird home. Then had a second wind, went nuts pon the dance and the bloody sound system fried. And then Hatcha's 11 year old son played a werry spwecial set for everybody. Spent the rest of the night telling Goth-Trad about his sick haircut.
Met wolf89 and wiggle baron, plus the guys I already know and wuv.

I think name tags might have to be compulsory, or everyone wears a t-shirt with their avatar on haha

Re: BIG NINJA MEETING
Saw the comments supposedly naming the bird who did that - any truth in it?
Re: BIG NINJA MEETING
I didn't see it after it was edited. I thought that the whole thing just broke down because of all the condensation, but apparently it was some girl with a water bottle. Agh, was seriously disappointing, but at least it was fairly close to the end.wub wrote:Saw the comments supposedly naming the bird who did that - any truth in it?
I'm sure that girl's going to get some serious flak. Wouldn't want to be her right now.
Re: BIG NINJA MEETING
Yeah i saw the name. Its a bit harsh calling her out, i'm sure she is probably feeling worse than anybody right now. It sounds like something that could happen though, we've all been stupid before.....as long as she learns her lesson and doesnt get allowed in any more booths, its all good.

Re: BIG NINJA MEETING
I kept her Facebook/blog links before they were removed. Will keep an eye and see if anything comes of it. I agree that larking about with a water bottle is a bit arse stupid, but witch hunting isn't the way to go about it.

Re: BIG NINJA MEETING
Its simple as for me, if it was an accidental spill of water from someone smashing into her fair enough. But if it was in anyway "oh ill chuck some water over the crowd" or whatever the fuck they might have thought, I have no accomodation in my mind. Makes me sick.

Re: BIG NINJA MEETING
Women have no place in DJ booths, same as monkeys have no place flying planes. Yes, it's good comedy value for about a minute watching them mash things randomly, pull things and throw stuff around (either their faeces or water) but ultimately it's going to end badly and with a lot of very pissed off people. Though in the case of monkey flying plane the bad mood will be relatively short lived.
