I mean, come on. It's not even grammatically correct, it should be "As a boss".

yolo... of course that one is obvious. What really drives me nuts for some reason is when people use the word "like". Not in the american way as a filler but just at the end of every fucking sentence. "Thats good, like." WTF!!!
