Mustafas Gemusekebap in Berlin next to Merringdamm U-Bahn station.
Epic. There's always a queue, no mater what time of day you go by, so you know the food hasn't been sitting there for hours - it's cooked up as fresh as possible. There's even a live webcam on their site.
