Ahem*

I got pulled up for this. Can you guys read the rules of the thread before you post your tunes please.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record.

@ AFL - Really nice vibe to this one. Don't like the kick drum tho. IMO the sub could do with some added weight aswell... didnt get the fittings in my room shaking

@ Stansar - Lovin the flute melodys. I reckon the first wobble that comes in should be pitched lower then shifted higher later in the tune to not give away too much at the start. The amp envelopes on the wobble could do with tweakin as well cos sometimes the sound is a bit clicky/stuttery.

I've got one in the works atm but I feel as if its lacking something...

feedback please.

Safe.

(will try an get another review done 4 2morro)

cheers for the replys, yeah think i could transpose the whole song up afew notes maybe the sub will come out more.. and yeah listening back on other systems i see about the mids being abit low too.

Roof light - really like the production not a huge fan of all the female vocals but i do like your style, sky hook is the one for me really like the deep lofi sound

sativa breather - drum and step is abit much for me not really my thing, i love the intro to fried gold, the kicks and keys sound mint.. would presonally prefer the track to stay on that vibe without the squelching coming in but its all taste the sound is tight tho man,,

got a new one up today called 22 check it, cheers agen

Inspired by that weird documentary, I felt the urge to create something really dark. Not completely done yet.

@Keggah - Love the drum work and bassline. I'd play this as is but it could maybe use a change up in the second half.
Overall I really like it.

I really like Wonkah.

@DubEastmanRiska - Got A Thing: holy shit dude. this tune is sick!! The bassline is awesome. The vocals tend to be a little much for my
liking but overall I think this is amazing.

@Penguin Snares - Shit Your Pants: The bassline sounds really dope tho it seems to become a little repedative after a while. You could maybe add a new bassline, or another thing that came to mind while I was listening was to add a few quick 4x4 beats here and there towards the end of a 4 bar section. or something like that if it makes sense to you.
overall I quite like the vibe of this one.

@Lowpass: i love the vibe of this track, sort of sounds like solemn and regretful. i personally think u shud bring the kick out a bit more, give it a little bit more punch. the riff that comes in at 0.55 sounds a little bit abrasive for me, maybe increase the attack, it sounds too agressive i reckon. and maybe lower the volume of it a bit coz its just standing out too much. nice melody though, i dig it quite a bit, been listenin to it for bout 10 mins lols.

@Brisance: fucking hauntin shit man. got some tight sounds goin on in there. do i hear a sword being unsheathed? good shit bro. i cant really think of much to add, you got it on point. i reckon a vocal sample wud go down nicely. kind of one like at the start of night vision by distance, just like a guy talking in a sombre voice. wud sound really good, and emphasise the creepy tones of this song ay.

@ Brisance

Tune has a nice dark feel to it. Cant help thinking that some more percussion would help it along to give it some more shuffle and fill in the spaces in it a bit more because, for me, the tune doesnt do enough. Theres oem nice layers in the tune when you listen closely too. I would really like to hear it when its finished though!

@ Lowpass

Really like the melodies in this one. I think that maybe at 1min 20sec the synth is a bit too harsh and could do with being toned down a bit and possibly having something else to fill the sound out a bit more when it comes in. Nice track apart from that though. Really gets good at around 2min 40sec.

I have some new tunes on my Virb and some New versions of old tunes too, would appreciate it if someone could have a listen and let me know what you think!

Got a new tune on my virb www.virb.com/sativabreather 'Medievals' , slightly in-depth feedback would be greatly appreciated. Don't worry I'm comin' with a loada feedback too :D

Keggah, good tune. Fairly standard bassline although there's nothing particularly wrong with that. I really rate your drums, specially the in your face breakcoresque punches before some of the drops. Also it's always good to see when there are people still using the ragga upstrokes in dubstep, only reason I don't often have them is cos I'm shit at it.

TK, I'm a bit lean and I just totally zoned out listening to this. Sweet tune I reckon, step up from your other stuff. One thing I would say is a couple of things could maybe be slightly louder but other than that nice job.

Lowpass, really like this as well. A LOT going on in the background which is nice to hear, real attention to detail. I'm afraid I can't give much advice other than maybe bring the kick out a tiny bit more.

CN, Only listened to the top song in your player but I'm quite likin the vibe, could maybe have a bit more going on in the low key bits like at the start and round the 2.40ish mark.

@paravrais. ha this track is pretty weird! I like the melody synth that goes with the bass, I think that is cool, mysterious. The other wobbles are pretty random, which is cool except that some don't sound very intergrated (mixed) with rest of the track, they jump out a little. I kept waiting for the track to get a little heavier, mainly in the way of the drums - the other sounds are heavy but the drums don't back them up like they could. Maybe a harder snare or something. But I like it though, the use of wobbles but not just going all out wobble is great. Nice one!

@ everybody, I don't really want to sign up, log on or download anything to listen to a track! Can't it just be plopped in public?

@ DubEastmanRiska: I must admit I didn't really feel Got a Thing . I should say first that I like a bit of wobble, but I have become pretty picky about it. I like the vocal that you use, but it I don't really feel that the style of track and that vocal go together. THey seem a bit thrown together, they could fit together but to me they weren;t interegrated. I think though the main thing I had a problem with was the wobble. It was too constant, quite loud, and didn't change much. THe drums were good, I like the staggering drums but they didn't seem to correspond to the bass or the wobble, so I couldn't really feel the groove. anyway, that's just my opinion, and I can see what you're aiming at, total dancehall meltdown :)

Yeah I get what you mean about it sounding like its gonna get heavier when it doesn't, its cos the track was originally meant to be a nice chill out tune and the longer I worked on it the dirtier it got until it got to this point lol. Might change a load of the drums if I can be assed at some point.

Did you have a tune to give feedback on? don't think I saw your link anywhere.
