I think it goes on too long before you get any of that snare action but after that, shit gets dark real quick. Needs work but I think it's a good basis. Need to hear it on some good monitors!

Soo... been working on this today, it's my first ever go at doing wobbles using the LFO not sure how it's come out.. I've changed up the drums and added in a NIN vocal and electric guitar.
What do people think?
I know the vocals are out of time in parts, (still haven't mastered warping tracks properly).
Also, there are issues with there being clashes in key between some of the parts...
I'm still a complete rookie so don't be too mean

Any feedback really appreciated as always,
Soundcloud
What d'ya think?
Peace

yeah I think the key clashes are from the harmonics of the bassline... but I like the bass and I like the sample, so compatibility must be found!

I like the chill vibe to this track alot. The voclals seem to work well but the track could use some final touch ups here and there.
I have uploaded my very first attempt at dubstep in hopes of getting some feedback and opinions. I use to produce alot of hardstyle so i do have some experience. I also just tossed in random samples to get the feel of the genre. Let me know what u think

Love your synth selections and your melodies, good work man! What do you use for your synth work?
This has got that UK Funky/Carnival vibe with the snare arrangement. DIGGING IT MAN! Great work !
I do all my synths in NI massive, takes up a lotta cpu though on my shitty 1 gb ram laptop

thanks for the feedback

Very much a work in progress. No structure, just an idea which I'm not sure where to go with now...

Trash it and move on. Not hating but your stuck and really it doesn't sound like much could come out of it. I got about a billion of these on my hard drive aswell

I think you gotta really focus on that mix down. The synth at the drop sounds like it lays ontop of everything. Drums sound distant to the the bass.

Re-up from before, various improvements made, better mix imo, more variation in drums and sorted out the vocal samples so they sit nicer
As always feedback very much appreciated and 320s if anyone fancies one

Just the intro and the drop to show people. I'm looking for a better way to mix the pianos with the bassline it almost sounds to abrupt but I've tried lots of things to no avail. Thanks!

Thanks man, I'll work on the mixdown tomorrow, is there anything else wrong with the song that could be fixed or anything else that could be added?
