it's actually a lot of fuckin fun. didn't see any ice cream though

no rules about talking or any of that shit. there were loads of people hanging around outside making noise that probably didn't even have tickets. felt like a grateful dead concert where people come just to tailgate. the guy who runs it is mad worried about police cause apparently it's not like licensed or whatever, don't quote me on that tho, i dunno the details too well. they set up a barricade of trucks, not quite sure why

he was totally right about the change of clothes thing. minute you step in the door you can feel everyone's collective bodyheat in that place. it was fucking hot. guess it was some kind of warehouse/basement thing. tbh i would much prefer a club. a real bar woulda been nice. also there was no free water

met kahn and gantz, both really nice people. met las briefly as well. no mumbling about electrical infetterence from any of them.

kahn & neek played grime, grime, and more grime. dropped in a few dubstep tunes here and there though. played a coki tune at one point, forget which one, also played skeng, and of course dropped in a few kahn vips like dread and i think LNB. oh and also they started with a weh dem a do (kahn) remix? it surely wasn't the coki one. didn't have any drums.

epoch played some hip hop and changes harmonimix.... played a few mala tunes and a bunch of stuff i dinnit recognize. gantz and las had the best sets imo, especially gantz. he played a lot of commodo tunes. i wonder when Free Focus remix is coming out, tune has been rinsed.



driving thru manhatten it a pain in the ass so i avoided it the way there, but i drove thru lower manhattan on the way home at 5/6am and it was fucking beautiful. it felt like a ghost town. city that never sleeps my ass.
