I like the chill vibe to this track alot. The voclals seem to work well but the track could use some final touch ups here and there.

I have uploaded my very first attempt at dubstep in hopes of getting some feedback and opinions. I use to produce alot of hardstyle so i do have some experience. I also just tossed in random samples to get the feel of the genre. Let me know what u think :)

Yeah it does need touching up here and there, gonna try and sync it better. One of my speakers is out for the count so I haven't listened to it properly on speakers, sounds ok on my brother's Turtle Beaches though.

I was thinking of a sub underneath but it might confuse things, will comment your track now. :D

Trash it and move on. Not hating but your stuck and really it doesn't sound like much could come out of it. I got about a billion of these on my hard drive aswell
Ha Ha! I hear what you're saying! Might try and persevere with it over the next few days and then bin it at the weekend if I get no further!

p.s - it sounds really gash played through Soundcloud...

Hey,

Couldn't post a song here so here's a link.

http://soundcloud.com/tracks/search?q%5 ... xt%5D=Olux

Bottom song 'Culture Thug' i cant decide if i should leave it or fill it out.

All works in progress. Need some advice on how to sculpt them into finished tunes. Also if you have mastering suggestions it would be appreciated.

Cheers! Olux

Nice sounds, like how it builds... I'd personally give the drums more weight, they sound a bit feeble, especially when it builds later.

Hey man, nice chill style u got to this tune. Although it does repeat itself alot, it doesnt get that annoying, Keep up the good work.

My second track i have been working on. Yet again, i havnt really been trying to make an amazing song, but more yet just get the elements of dubstep down. Any opinions and feedback would be appreciated. :)

Cheers man.

This track is cool, really dig the bass in the intro... and it's quite catchy when it get's going. Needs a lot more low end I reckon, add in a nice sub to compliment teh wobblez.

Ok, got a bit of a chilled one here - not really sure what direction to take it in, or if it's got enough to it already. Anyway feedback greatly appreciated, hope you enjoy :)

Hey boys, I know the beat is pretty shit and the quality isn't great, whipped this one up in an hour or so, I basically just want feedback on the SYNTH melody, what do people think?

Soundcloud

Do people think this could work? Or is it too 8bit computer gamey.. ?

Thanks!

The vocals midway through are just so gorgeous. I really need to learn how to cut up and pitch/sample vocals like that. Burial esque. Would love to know how to do it, or at least where to start.. any tips?

Great track : )

This has potential man! It needs some direction though, but what you've got is great. Need another section to the track, need to maybe take it somewhere different, right now it feels like you have a 4 minute intro :)

Love what you've done though. Steel drums ftw.
