the chosen sounds are generic for that reason, its a tribute to the music of that rave era that ive been feeling lately - i never experienced it either, im 17 so it was before my time

WHOOP there it is (the track that is)... For starters, the intro kinda drags on maybe add some more sweeping effects or sounds. When the drop comes, the bass sounds out of tune from the synth, maybe its out of phase but i cant tell. The LFO doesn't quite hit on time either, its like a half step behind where it should (or where the listener would expect it to) be. I like the melody on the second drop a lot more, its what i was expecting to hear when the song started, so good job bringing it back. I could write an essay on things to work on but all criticism aside your off to a good start. I would sit down and take some time with this one, its got potential for sure, just needs to be cleaned up. hope i was of some help if you have any specific questions feel free to PM me. bigs!

Yo i realllly liked this track! i would love a copy once its finished, or right now
Only thing i would say is maybe make the second drop a bit more percussive...im going to try to explain forgive my attempted wobble talk... so its like chika-chika-chika-chicka-SNARE-whompwhomp-and repeat hahah hope that made sense! loved the track man, that YA sounding synth (lead synth) is dopeeee bigups!!

Hi Heres some feedback
Intro is ok, i'm not really feeling the piano synth though, It's different though

1.01 The wobble bass line is too Major its not dark enough, the melody to the song is too happy for my liking
2.17 the change here is unexpected
Overall i'm not really feeling this one, doesn't grab the listener if oyu know what i mean!
Good production just need to wotk on the hooks and Melodies
Wana give me feedback on my newest

Intro... Sounding Really cool

0.28 Really cool drop
0.30 Really cool bass line and beat, different
2.18 the last riff dragged on a bit, to keep the track alive i'd bring in this break much sooner
2.40 Another nice drop
2.50 really like the percusiion in the back, its almost timbaland like
3.14 Great change here
overall.... Really cool track I favourited it
What you think about my new one
Soundcloud
Thanks

cheers max, will certainly return the favour!
I Love You
start - vocals are a bit raspy maybe need a change in the eq
0.33 - i like the drop but i feel like the bass could be a bit dirtier.. maybe try some chorus/bitcrushing combos and a saturator?
another tip, for this type of tune your going to want a lot of reverb so its worth setting up a snare reverb bus so you can get nice big snares to really make it bounce.
i like the second drop, really epic with the trance chords etc, but def needs the reverb on the snares! I think you could do with boosting the high end on your snares and hats too, but thats just personal preference!
but yeah i really like the build could see this going off!

yeah defo getting there man, i suggest using a frequency analysier so you can really bring out the high end!
did a little bit of processing .. hope you dont mind! but something like this would sound pretty sweet
