they say they'll get everyone, but I can't see them catching this many people from CCTV.
there just aren't enough police to cope with this once its gone past a certain stage- it just gets tempting for everyone to go out and rob stuff, redistribution of wealth?!?

Yeah, but if you are rich you don't bother with the risk. Plus you've probably got a decent telly and fresh trainers.....I don't agree with it by the way, just that is what the argument would be for it being redistribution of wealth.
