well "on deck" & "in the hole" in baseball comes from being on ships

but i guess any thing "on deck" just means ready

As long as we're still discussing whether or not it's a waste of resources, and the FBI is still devoted to enforcing Federal law, I think my point has been stated tbh.

Aside from that I'd like to discuss your point about somebody 'deserving' to be punished. Given that she is/was a consenting adult in the production and digital storage of the photographs, knowing full well that they could have been leaked by other means if not this one, could you not equally say that she deserved the leakage?

And why does an actress need more scrutiny than anyone else? Is Jennifer Lawrence promoting herself as a paragon of virginal virtue? Last time I checked she was making movies, not teaching kindergarten.

I can't tell if you're misreading or being manipulative but hubb never said, or implied, that anybody has a right to see her naked and/or having sex.

Also don't think he said she needed to be scrutinized, just that being in the public eye comes with a raised degree of scrutiny.

Not my argument, just clarifying.
