Have your recently taken up jogging or running?
Have you switched detergent?
Have they gone to a new formula?
There are a lot more fragrance free/green products available now. I,and many others have chemical sensitivity. But I get stuffy nose, puffy eyes, but whatever.
Tell us more about your nipples.

It's not the running, cos I don't run.
I already use an eco detergent and have never had an issue with it (apart from the price). there's nothing visually unusual about my nipples, they're just sore..
