want to go see amus/2562 tonight but i think i'd rather have a quiet night in, as my heart was pretty fucked today (chest pains, heart was pounding etc) - whole week actually, what with the panic attacks and lack of proper sleep - and i really don't think another night of drinking in a smoke filled club would do any good

been a while since i went to a therapist tbh. and past experiences were pretty unsuccesfull so i just dropped it.

yea they're usually shit

try a psycologist. ive been having anxiety attacks/heart problems/etc since my OD, and the drugs ive been given from my psyc have been working wonderfully tbh.

i havent seen natural light since like thursday
