haha, yeah i'm fine cheers..i was just annoyed and a little shocked i guess. unfortunately no whiplash as i could have done with £4k!!

aye man i'd be pissed as well, however on a scooter if i was to be hit by a range rover i'd probably be a bit too dead/paralysed to be annoyed

currently puzzling over why when i am on a set 15 pound a month contract, virgin have just told me i'm being billed 35 pounds....i understand there is a limit to the number of minutes you can use but if they won't tell you how many minutes you have remaining when you check on the website/ring up then how am i supposed to know if i am going over (which i am quite amazed i managed to do...)?
either they never put me on the right contract or something has gone a bit funny here, need to scrabble together 15 quid sharpish or get this sorted
