Well you cant please everyone, and in this case, i was interested in pleasing my sponsor and getting this out to the widest audience. Showing the crowd, venue.

Magneticmans management didnt want me to move from my spot, so i was stuck in this area for their entire set. I had permission from WOW to film, and I appreciate the opportunity to film at this close distance to get the best footage.

I think most people think its a cool vid, and its better filmed, edited then most videos out there. Im pretty certain of that!

I suggest to promoters and artists to have there own camera man there if they want it done a different way, its my channel, my equipment, and my press accreditation so like frankie says "I did it my way"

I think it appeals to a larger audience this way, which is my intention!

I think a lot of people enjoy seeing lily allen, and I did as well.

I thought the party was off the chain, and to see a dubstep party of this caliber in Sweden (or anywhere for that matter) truly shows how widespread reggae/bass culture has spread globally and continues to mutate and permeate the music scene.

im a old school reggae artist turned DNB mc turned reggae again.. so dubstep culture is all new to me, but i dig it!

I'm so annoyed I couldn't make it to Way Out West this year either, it's in my hometown and still I'm always somewhere else when it goes down. It's a museum focused on culture, with a lot of exhibitions about modern cultures, like hiphop and lately a big one about the DIY culture (brought up pirate radio among other things).
I heard from a lot of people who attended the festival that this venue was THE place to be and a lot of people who never listened to dubstep said the Saturday night was sick. I really hope they'll do more with the stairs now and host more events like this one. Any news on that IRK?
