Used to smoke a lot of weed but I was getting mad paranoid almost constantly so I gave it up. Still smoke once in a while but only if it's a social occasion (or as social as you can get when Ganj is involved ) gotta say I feel a lot better now I'm not puffin the 'erb all day everyday, more productive too.
As for tobacco, after many failed attempts I've now been without a cigarette for just over a week, pretty sure I can do it this time as I just don't like smoking anymore.
