0:15. how the heck do you get a sound that hollow and wishywashy? I know there's a sinewave added underneath, but I've been fucking around on Albino and Blue for ages, can anyone else crack it?
i was messing around with re sampling i had built a bass patch and put a peak controller on the mixer channel to control the wet of the reverb so that you get just wet when there is no note playing sample the wet pitch it down then reverb again with setting to match the track
thanks I'll give that ago, so automated wet control on the reverb right?

but what about the basic sound, I've been messing since this mornign with the default patch on blue, checking out all combinations (A-B(CDE) etc of FM. and flicking through all the crazy waveforms, but I still haven't found a tone like that. I guess I just gotta keep trying

ok I almost got it, in renoise, by pile'ing on top of each other about 4 of renoise's native phasers, setting the rate to zero. it had that more hollow sound but it didn't have that twang of the one on that stagga tune :(

think its a reese with 2 unfiltered saws, not detuned more than 15 cents each way. playing the same notes as the sub (same octave as well)
