Damn, was thinking like biscuits and gravy. Yeah we've had kit kats as long as I can remember, they're real good. Although I haven't ever had or even seen yorkshire pudding shiz.
You don't know what a Yorkshire Pudding is?

You make batter, with plain flour milk and eggs and put it in the oven in a bun/muffin tray in some oil on really HOT for like 15 mins. And it comes out and you put gravy on it...I'm sure you call em biscuits?? We have em with roast dinners over here...they're so good.
Recipes or STFU. I want to make an english roast and yokshire pudding. I have my own way of making roasts but I want to make a traditional english dinner.
What do you want a recipe for...I'm down with that...you want a PM or what braaa? I likes cooking!

we call those cookies here in the US...

also...to clear up the bacon fight...US bacon = a cut from the pork belly (aka "streaky bacon"), UK bacon = back bacon.

Scones are normally sweet tho. My wife just made some actually. The ingredients are very similar now that you mention it but like I said not much sugar if any in biscuits.

Aye you can get both types over here, savoury and sweet....the savoury ones tend to be cheese flavour tho. I prefer the sweet ones with butter and jam....jam is jelly I think? Jelly is different here too...I think its made from cow hooves

We have jam and jelly actually and to tell you the truth I don't know the difference. Smuckers for instance will make Strawberry Jam and Strawberry Jelly. I think the difference is you get big chunks of fruit in the jam where as the jelly doesn't have the chunks or as many. There is probably a wikiperdia article about it lol. Cow Hoof jelly, what is wrong with you people? That and Marmite ffs.

Ok hitting wikipedia I think you are talking about gelatin which is what they use to make jelly or jello or whatever. Yeah they use animal parts to extract that shit. Not as bad as you make it sound.

And I was close...

* In jelly, the fruit comes in the form of fruit juice.
* In jam, the fruit comes in the form of fruit pulp or crushed fruit (and is less stiff than jelly as a result).
* In preserves, the fruit comes in the form of chunks in a syrup or a jam.

All sort of things you can learn in the production forum
