If you got legal stuff it dont give a guarantee that you dont find a bug.
(Or you got driver problems)

But if you got it legal you got the big advantage that you can contact the support and they will try helping.

Having bought Massive at the weekend, and Ableton Suite today, I'm officially 100% legit as of today! ...(albeit now with 50% less vsti's/fx to use)... but it makes me feel kindof smug as well as kindof skint. I think I'll have to buy camelphat later too....fuck it..in for a penny, I can always eat next month.

edit... I'm going to miss the PSPvintagewarmer for drum racks but I'm bolloxed if I'm paying £150 for that!

100% legit here too, but i guess that's a bit easier with Logic.

Still bought a fair few plugs to go alongside the Logic ones, and i get around with demo software such as Sugar Bytes WOW Filter, bouncing down to audio as soon as i'm done instead of saving as MIDI inside the project. Works fine considering it's free!

Still hunting for Massive on the cheap though, if anyone spies any reductions like the $99 deal PLEASE let me know!

I did trial a ton of stuff years ago but about 2 years ago decided to do the right thing.

I used to spend so much time pissing about with dls, trying out different synth etc, now i just have a few core things and get on with it.

Yep, yep I'm as good as legit and I actually try my absolute hardest to stay that way, it allows me to really focus on the stuff I have and not get loads of new stuff willy/nilly because it's free.
My sort of new years resolution for this year is to buy things that are only needed because I have loans that are rinsing me where I buy loads of stuff that looks good that I don't actually need lol.

I need iLife over the next few weeks though so that I can make HD videos for Youtube...

so i got a completely hypothetical question, lets imagine some hypothetical friend of mine has an hypothetical cracked version of an hypothetical software, lets say massive (try before buy purpose of course), if that hypothetical friend wanted to go legit and actually buy said software, would he still be able to use the patches he hypothetically created on the hypothetical cracked version ?
