Playing a loft party in BK with Loefah, Poakes and Dave Q beginning around 2am. No one was dancing and we followed a Balkan Band. 30mins in folks were off their asses. The speaker blew around 3:30am. Folks stayed around. 10mins later we were on again until 5 or so. One by one people asked "who, what, when, where, how?" and the answer is...

DMZ July. Chef and Benga doing the early set. Chef blew the Mass sideways before rolling on a slightly worse for wear Benga who showed true professionalism by playing an immaculate set. The excitement on that dance floor was unbelievable.

DUBSTEP
Hahaha
The answer is always dubstep.
The highlight for me must have been the period between Dubstep Warz and February's DMZ-Leeds. Really exciting time and probably the best night I've been to.

LOL! i was exactly the same. That period of hearing the breezeblock show and then waiting for the DMZ leeds was propa exiting, the anticipation of hearing this music on a system literally built and built inside me......i danced all night long that DMZ. That night has to be my best moment, I was truly mesmorised, and i knew i had found something really special, the music had hold of me, i was gripped... I felt so lucky to have discoverd it, and it was like nothing i had ever heard before and was making me feel like i hadnt felt in a long time about music....
That night i knew i had found something which i felt like i had been looking for and i didnt even reailse i had been looking, but i knew that this was it...... if that makes sense!! lol
my 1st DMZ night in Brixton and it got moved up to mass!
and i bought my 1st pair of decks this year

Dubstep on iration system....
NYE was wicked!!
not to mention the silly amounts of great people ive met through this music, its truly wicked!!
cant wait for what 2007 will bring ......
