Is what necessary?
the fact that this is simply drawing people to polar opposites in some attempt to prove one side better then the other.

it's divisive.

im usually pretty down with what you post piston, but this seems like a windup.
well it wouldn't prove anything obviously mate :D

I was merely curious as to what the result would be....jesus it's one thing to not be allowedto voice negative views on here but to ban anything that may actually spark debate?

you've been here long enough to know it's a dead horse by now ; )

That ae tune is heavy btw...that whole confield album had amazingly deep production that begged you to play it deafeningly loud on headphones...it growled at you

Thanks for the Jupiter track! I hadn't heard it before. I just voted The Futurist EP into my collection.

Edit: Thanks to Pistons and that fox w/ the hat chatting, I was introduced to Autechre! Love 'em!

i like both
Both well produced
the gravious tune does sound a LOT like the stage music from streets of rage though

how about?...you start a set with gravious type tunes...build it up...progress to flux style tunes, keep em' going...then come back down again until the whole crowd is nuts...then bring it back up to some wicked business...then out...next dj...

Lol new at what? New at life? Yes, I'm new at life. I was born yesterday and spent all afternoon learning how to use a computer keyboard and TA-DAAA! Here I am today, learning about Autechre! I wonder what tomorrow holds for me...
