From the sounds of the start of the video it was a misunderstanding. It sounds like before the video starts the kid had offered to shine his shoes (perhaps sarcastically or as a "I bet you're so racist you want me to shine your shoes")... then it all spirals into racist accusations, dude tries to move to get out of the situation, gets approached in his seat.... does the understandable thing and blows his lid.
