I think this would be a really great idea, over a period of time we could build a great resource of synth patches, not even necisarily dubstep related, just a big DSF patch resource? could be fun
There is a big thread of patches and samples somewhere. Alos with so many people using so many different plugins it could cause a problem :(

like with my micron i shared my sysexs on yahoo user group, there is loads of specialized sites
i'd be down to host patch files and organize em though if people want that service

why not produce samples rather than patches that way we could all contribute ;0)

one week for specific hit, stab, sfx etc

and another week we could all post 1 midi file each

then combine the above 2 third week ;)

... just an idea :D

I like that idea especially the midi part. Also getting some decent stabs would be nice

Haha it sort of stops being a "debate" but its a good idea. Maybe instead of making samples we could all work at sampling? Then editing or keep the raw sample and post it with information of where we got the sample?

Because I know I have loadsa sample etc... And samplings something I never get time to do for some reason

weekly project / chat ... yeah a sampling project would be cool too ;)
