Your clearly still in the "FILTH WOBBLEZ, I NEED A SHWER ARGHHH" stage of the scene then!

The percussion in Diamond dub by Calibre is so good, it may not vary but oh my days
yeah there are exceptions, Martyn for one, and also Benny Page (Satori) and Zero G are making massive dubstep tunes! as well as the ones mentioned above. I swear Seven and Dj Madd produced dnb before dubstep as well
Ye seven was signed on Ram records for years under the name Eddy Woo

Have you heard any of the electro/breakbeat stuff these crews are doing? Its fuckin bad!
Not dubstep, but closer to that tempo than there dnb stuff, and got a similar tough as fuck feel to it.

Mate i would probably fall asleep easier listening to 'Sweet Shop' or this tune than i would if i was listening to, say Ben Verse or Kryptic Minds tunes because of the sheer depth they have to them. That therefore holding my interest in the song.
Just listen to these 2 songs and count how many different layers you can hear. I guarantee the deeper tune will have more.
