Its not EXACTLY the same - mephadrone is a synthesis of the chemical found in the plant - unless you're saying they should be creating revenue for them by using the real thing lol.

Has Mephedrone always been illegal in the States? Strange how it only ever kicked off in Britain and Scandinavia, with some usage in other parts of Europe.

America is going through a big RX pill phase right now (more so than normal). We missed the boat on meph, and went through our K-hole phase in the late 90s

You guys have some crazy analogue laws which means the state can argue most things are a narcotic and therefore illegal.

In the UK like most places there is a specific list of illegal substances, glad to hear that this substance is on the list. Kids still buy it because it is cheap.
